But the journey was never easy. To create a single doll, I had to search tirelessly for the right illustrator, then again for a trustworthy factory. Countless messages, endless comparisons, trial after trial… What should have been a joyful creation process often became exhausting.

One day, I paused and thought: “If only someone could offer everything—from illustration to production—in one place.”
And then it struck me.
If such a service didn’t exist… why couldn’t I create it?
